User Agreement

This User Agreement governs the terms and conditions regarding the online training service between …………….. and the "User," the person who agrees to receive training.

1. Definitions

The terms in this Agreement have the following meanings:

•           Training: Training programs offered by the Training Provider. 

•           User: The person who registers for and participates in the training program. 

•           Training Provider: ……………., the institution providing the training.

2. Provision of Training Service

The Training Provider grants the User the right to participate in the training program. Training will be offered online.

3. User Rights and Obligations

•           The User may only use the training content personally and may not transfer it to others.

•             The User must comply with the specified timeframes for completing the training (1 year).

4. Training Fees and Payment

The training fee, payment terms, and payment options are determined in accordance with the payment plan provided by the Training Provider.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

After payment for the training, the User's right to cancel participation in the training is governed by the policies established by the Trainer. (There is no right of refund or cancellation after payment.)

6. Privacy

The Training Provider will use the User's personal information only for purposes related to the training process and will not share it with third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The Training Provider accepts no responsibility for failures during the training process or for results that do not meet the User's expectations.

8. Implementation and Enforcement

This agreement enters into force upon acceptance by the User and remains valid throughout the training process.
